The Utopian: Foundation – a webcomic by Pj Perez

I did mention that I was watching a lot of “The Wire” when I originally wrote these comics four years ago, right? That influence is probably going to become somewhat evident as the strip (re)rolls out, even more so than I realized at the time that it was originally happening.
